From April to September 2012 five issues of the newsletter «Bulletin of NGOs.» were published. The number of copies printed is 30,000.
Publications are aimed to support and educate nonprofit organizations of the North Caucasus Federal District. The newsletters contain information about the activities of NGOs of the North Caucasus Federal District, provide advice on various aspects of development, and NGO activities, highlight activities of the agencies, international organizations, as well as expert advice, legal advice.

In September, 2011 a brochure under the title “Review of judicial practice” was published in edition of 1000 copies.
This manual was worked out for foreign nationals, stateless persons, forced migrants, asylum seekers, NGOs rendering them assistance, advocates and all departments that are engaged in resolving migrants’ problems. It gives them an opportunity to acquaint themselves with the practice of pleading different cases in different regions.
The manual contains materials of judicial practice on the implementation of laws on migration and on the exercise of migrants’ rights. It includes judgments on the most controversial and complicated problems arising in the course of the exercise of the migrants’ rights. The brochures are distributed among lawyers of partner NGOs and practicing advocates at seminars conducted by IPCO “Faith, Hope, and Love”, as well as by sending them out.
In June, 2010 a booklet about activities of SRPCO “Faith, Hope, and Love” was published. It contains the description of goals, guidelines for action and the targets achieved.
That booklet became a final publication concluding the project “Legal assistance to forced migrants, refugees and other socially unprotected categories of people in the North Caucasus” which was implemented by our organization in 2002 — 2010.
The booklet is being distributed among NGOs for the purpose of disseminating positive experience of work, among government and municipal institutions with a view to attract attention to the activity of our organization and to community problems which must be resolved by joint efforts of the community sector and the government one.
The brochure “Applying to the ECHR” was published in 2008. The number of copies printed is 3,000.
The goal of the publication is to give LCC lawyers an opportunity to acquaint themselves with rules for lodging applications to the ECHR and pleading cases there.
Questions arising when examining cases in the ECHR are explained in the publication “Applying to the ECHR” in detail. For instance, the criteria of admissibility for lodging applications, the procedure of filling in an application form, the rules for sending it to the court, and methods of corresponding with the court are elucidated.
Some examples of filling in an application form, some extracts from the European Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms, and some examples of judgments are included in the publication.

The goal of the publication is to afford lawyers of counseling centers an opportunity to familiarize themselves with the practice of pleading various cases in different regions, to plead those cases basing themselves on the experience of other NGOs.
The digest contains court decisions on different cases, which were pleaded by lawyers of SRPCO “Faith, Hope, and Love” and other Counseling Centers of the North Caucasus and entered into force. The first section of the digest is devoted to cases on foreign nationals and stateless persons, the second one – to forced migrants. Each section includes the following cases: on establishment of legally relevant facts, on appealing against decisions, actions (inactions) of bodies of state power, local self-government, officials, public and municipal servants etc.

The brochures were published under the project “Raising legal awareness and protecting the rights of the population are a guarantee of stability in the NCFD”. The project is being implemented thanks to government funds allocated as a grant in accordance with RF President Decree of January 17, 2014 No. 11-rp and on the basis of a competition conducted by “Civil Dignity” All-Russian Public Movement.
This collection is developed for a wide audience of readers who faced with socio-economic problems and the necessity of using the law to resolve a particular situation or avoid its negative consequences.
The publication contains the description of ways of resolving everyday issues. Using information presented in the brochure, any interested person can get basic legal knowledge in the sphere of housing and labour law, provision of medical aid and social guarantees, as well as will learn about the portal of government services and how to use it.
